WTB Charon pilot with production skills

Looking to expand my production team.

Ideally looking for a capital production pilot but must be able to use a charon.
Will entertain chars that are as close to being what i need which is :-

Capital Ship production - 4
Advanced Production - 4
Freighter - 4
Evasive manouvering - 5
Cybernetics - 5

Please post links and prices and i will check post daily.

thanks but its too highly skilled for my needs.
i checked out your char when i was buying a rorq pilot and if it had fell through yours was my next option.
I only need a charon and cap builder tho, nothing more on this occasion.
