I have two accounts, and I'd like to copy the overview settings I have from one account to the other. I essentially want both overviews to be identical (same window size, position, information, column spacing, target color preferences, etc.). Is there a way to do this?

Thanks!

Yes.

Overview is easy. Export your settings then import them wherever you want.

For all the other settings: Save client settings

Thanks! Saved me so much tinkering to get them the same!

It's actually a smart move to use the export function once in a while even if you don't plan on copying them.

If/when something goes pear-shaped with your install (or it gets Tuxforded by CCP) you might have to reset all setting or, in worst case, reinstall the client.

Having an exported backup of your overview settings will seriously reduce your pain.

(Edit: Same goes for exported ship fittings of course.)

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.
