While this may have been talked about before, I still feel it warrants discussion in feasibility and execution. So, what do you think F&ID? What about a market app for traders to modify buy and sell orders out of game? Would you buy it? Would you use it? Are you a programmer who can tell me 10 different reasons why that's a horrible idea? Discuss!

Because it could be automated easily, and what the point of trading against a computer? You could put any arbitrary limitation, computer would still be better at it than you. So basically, trading will become a passive isk thing.

I don't know. Apps can't interact with each other too easily. Couldn't CCP just code against that potential exploit?

CCP can't even code against bots that use the game client, what hope could they have of coding against automating an external market app?

Are you talking about an app like Neocom or Aura for the phones so that you could manage the market on your phone while out and about or like EVEmon where you can tinker with it on your machine?

A portable skill and market app would be awesome if you needed to do something but couldn't get to a computer to take care of it for a couple hours. One on a computer just seems useless considering you could login to EVE to do it.
