How to cancel 5 Day trial?

Hmm I can't seem to post in the trial section of theses new forums so i'll ask here...

I recently took CCP up on their 5 day trial to have a look at whats new and to see if that would rekindle my interest in EVE ...it hasn't and I'd like to cancel the 5 day trial before it tries to auto renew my subscription. I can't seem to do this on my account page? Has anyone had experience with this that could help me out as I'm not sure what to do, maybe a petition?

Cancel your Creditcard/Debit card, stop payment, or use a prepaid VISA like I do and just remove the funds.

Edit: If you make it so there is no money when CCP trys to take it the payment won't go through. This may be the only way cause good luck getting a petition answered before your 5 days is up.

the trial may expire but if he has already opted to resub when it ends how does he stop that from happening.

if you just have the trial then it just expires.
If you already resubbed when the trial was active, you'll have credited that gametime and your payment will have been debited already. If the latter was the case however you'd have an option to cancel subscription.

As you can't find it, you probably lack it - which means you don't have an active subscription thus you won't be charged.

I didn't actually opt in for a resub, I just wanted the (supposedly) 5 day free trial to see what the game was like again. The auto renew thing was in the fine print but I assumed that I could just cancel the account again if I wasn't interested ...I believe it used to be like that years ago.

The account does have an expiration date but i suspect it's going to sign me up as soon as that's finished. Hmm i may change the CC info I guess to try and block it if the petitions still take some time to be answered here heh.
