Overview with 'missing' bracket items

I'm having some issues w/ my overview on 2/3 accounts I multi-box with. I'm not sure if it's a bug in the game or user. I've tried google-fu and forum searching but can't find an answer.

I'm running a MacBook Pro, w/ 2 'clones' of the app setup w/ the EVE clone app. I set all three instances up w/ with a slightly customized version based on the guide I found on the EVE Uni site.

After a week or so, on the two clone instances, the overview doesn't appear to be working correctly. What's happening, is things that should be on it, aren't showing. Example, in a fleet and I don't see other ships in the fleet, right-click them in space and I have to option to remove them from overview (implying they should be there), but they aren't. If I remove and re-add, no dice. Being relatively new, I'm not sure if this is a bug or ID10T error.

It doesn't seem to matter what type of item won't show, or which tab. I've 'lost' structures, wrecks, cans, NPCs, etc…

If there is a way reset everything (even if I have to setup all 3 again), that's fine.

Any hints, tips, pointers?

Besides the items that show on the overview, there is also the option to set the state of them. With that I mean, you can select to show ALL ships but then also specify you only want to see ships of people that have -10 standings to you. Or only the ships of the people in fleet with you. This is very very helpful in PvP, specially in very large fights where if you show every single ship (including friendly fleet) will just clutter your overview and make you less effective.

Thanks for the reply. I checked and I hadn't messed w/ the state settings sense following the EvE-Uni overview guide. I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong. I do have a related question, that my google-fu has failed me on. What is the difference between loading a 'bracket profile' and loading a 'overview profile'?

You can have an overview profile that will show drones AND ships, this means that drones AND ships will show in your overview on the right hand.
How ever you can have a bracket profile that only shows the brackets around ships. This means in space you will only see the brackets on ships, not the drones (makes your view less cluttered).
