A way to nerf unbonused tracking disruptors without changing a lot of numbers

Give every bonused platform a hidden role bonus: "can script TDs."

Change the description of the scripts to indicate that only specialized platforms can use them.

Require that bonus for a script to be loaded.

Results: a single TD on an unbonused platform can hit tracking and range for -25%, rather than -50% to either one. Unbonused platforms are no longer nearly as good as bonused platforms (wanna TD Arby with -70% or a TD Celestis with -50% and more TDs in either shield or armor configuration?). All of the new midslots given to combat boats might not be dedicated TD slots.

Not going to argue that this is needed. Just putting it out there.
