Just recently I noticed that certain ships of mine that were cap stable no longer are.

What did I miss?

Have changed/lost implants recently? Stupid question, I know. But just in case.

Also, ammo often affects cap stability, at least with Amarr it does.

You trained skills that reduce the cycle time on cap-consuming modules.

Repair Systems, Gunnery and Rapid Firing are the three skills I know of that can lower your cap stability.

Because you are Minmatar I'd go with this.

Something that reduced cycles on shield boosters or something.
