I know he's not talking about the things that sit under bridges in fairy tale. Do you think my friend is high? Maybe he said it just to make me paranoid. Any help would be appreciated.

Some trolls are better than others, OP is not a good troll.

I do have a bridge and some goats for sale though if he wishes to become a better troll.
