Planetary customs office (corporation assets)

I'm a regular employee possessing no permissions and wishing to exploit my corp's planets. The thing is I have a hard time finding which one have one of our custom office orbiting around.

Anyone in the corp with the necessary permissions can see where are those but I think you see how that could pose a security threat of sort.

Is it possible to make a tab visible to everyone in a corp showing those particular assets without being able to interact with those assets (playing with tax level and etc)? Just so we don't have to ask someone in the corp for a list that would need to be updated manually (which could be quite often depending of the corp situation).

Have a member of the corp make a corp bookmark of the objects in space that are corp assets.
Then any member of the same corp can visit the object without needing any permissions.
