{suggestion for the Stasis Webifier }

I propose revising the Stasis Webifier to incorporate penalty on the targeted ships mass also in addition to speed

also separating in to three classifications small medium & Heavy with each subsequent class to have higher bonuses and needs

something like the Energy destabilizers.

I also believe frigates and cruisers should be removed from the game.

have you noticed any BS using webs NO pointless they don't have the means to get to position against faster ships ,frigates & Cruisers are faster than the Large turrets even when webbed using AB/ MWD.

A web scipt that increased mass/decreased agility could work but it wouldn't be that helpful, webs are fine as is though

I like the idea of a heavier web to hold a heavier ships. But i would not go as far as you - id say let frigates tackle bships for 50% of the effect - they are slow as it is.
And battleships webs to have the same effects on frigates.
