Having issues transfer the toon to the account you gave me

Does the account A) have a free slot or B) a full account not a trail account or c) are you sure you gave me the right account name.

I have also filled a petition asking CCP for help

I did free up a slot a few days ago, it shows a free slot in game and on account management webpage.
