High SP random availability pilot looking for 0.0 sov corp

Ok guys, I'll be very brief and blunt because I don't want to waste your or my time.
I want to join a 0.0 corp with good SOV and not many wars. I don't care about politics, conflicts and having fun roaming systems.
What I can offer is a 70mil Sp char (not this one) with random available time. If I don't have anything to do I can be online and make isk, if I have to leave, I will do it immediately and without much warning. I will come to essential alliance fleets but not participate in random pvp or roamings.

What I want is:

-have a safe system to rat in
-no mandatory fleets
-decent tax rate (under 20%)
-no rent per week/month or lack of standings/rights
-access to JF or JB network or updated market

What I can provide:

-trustworthy pilot with good references and no shady history
-steady isk income per month from tax rate
-almost perfect skills for subcapital ships when possible
-previous experience in 0.0 logistics
