Looking for a good Freighter Pilot that can salvage, and possible has some planetary interaction skills

Character must have
-Advanced Spaceship Command lvl 5
-whatever race Freighter lvl 5

buying character for 3b if has these skills

If the character has:
-salvaging skills
-planetary interaction skills
-Good navigation skills
-jump freighter skills
-Good trade/ industry skills

will pay more up to 4b
