Do POCOs require any amount of armor to go into Shield Reinforcement?

Since my post may get looked over in EVE GD, I'll ask here is well.

For the newer players reading, POCOS= Player Owned Customs Offices. Shield reinforcement means after a certain % shields you have to return in a few hours/days to finish off the structure.

The POCO in Question has 100% shield, 0% armor, and 50% structure.

They have a shield RF, I'm just unsure if will activate with 0% armor or not.

Hello,

POCOS only have 1 RF Timer if they are player owned and that's the shield timer which activates at 25% shields. Otherwise there are no other timers.

If they are Interbus owned there is no RF Timer and you can just burn it straight through.
