Auto-restock of ship consumables

One thing that is a minor annoyance but can lead to large problems is when you leave station, jump 4 systems out then realize you are almost out of ammo!!

Before you all call me a noob, I know that it is 100% my fault for not checking first!!

< Proposal >

A list of items per ship that will auto-restock things like ammo, charges, cap boosters, etc when you dock. You would set how much of each you want and it will take from your hanger automatically when you dock. If you don't have enough a pop-up will tell you are missing items.

< Option 2 >

Same list of items but when you hit undock it will alert you to missing Items in your ship hold, this way there is no automatic transfers and you can choose to ignore it if you want.

The list would be ship specific and blanked if you repackage it.

If you hate the idea and think it would add too many extra clicks, set the list to nothing and it will never pop-up to bother you.

< Bonus points >

Make this a service of the station if you have high enough standings with them.

< Cons >

Showing up with a full hold, no room for charges
Items in containers
A station with no items in it

All of the above are fixed with option #2

I understand that they implemented or intend to implement a fitting setting that allows you to include ammo and such in saved fittings so you can auto-restock from there. No warning, but this is EVE.
