In Tergo Nostra (TERGO) is a multifaceted company involved in raw mineral extraction, efficient refining, production and research. TERGO has dedicated leadership that puts it at the forefront of the New Eden industrial community. In addition to the ground-level harvesting and production, TERGO also benefits from experienced planetary interaction colony models, high speed and high capacity logistics as well as defensive and offensive combat skills.

TERGO is not broken down into divisions. Anyone is free to peruse any activity and they can expect the support of the leadership. TERGO's operations are lean and each member has the ability to participate as they see fit. TERGO's ability to shift gears and take on new jobs makes us standout amongst the larger corporations. We are willing to do anything; take on any job to succeed.

TERGO is strategically located in Gallente space in a dead-end pocket with a large quantity of asteroid belts and an ice belt. TERGO has formed good standings with the Federation Navy faction, as well as the Federation Customs and Fed Navy Intel Corporations.

TERGO”s leadership realizes that constant communication is needed in order to provide the best service and maintain a positive atmosphere within the corp. We utilize many forms of communication such as but not limited to, Ventrilo, EVEGate forums and in-client email.

Benefits
During sanctioned mining ops, the corp will buy the minerals from those participating based on the nearest market hub's highest buy order. Essentially, if you were to sell to a buy order in the market hub, you would expect to get that much ISK. We also have orca, transport and freighter support The benefit to each member is as follows:
★ Market value based on 100% refined minerals (not ore prices).
★ Not having to transport minerals to market.
★ Not tying up ISK in sell orders and further cutting profits

★ TERGO offers profit sharing based on what the company's assets produce during sanctioned ops. Corporate finances come from a multitude of business deals. They include but are not limited to: Trade, Mineral Sales, Manufactured item sales and low tax rate. We also deal in researched BPC's and planetary interaction/production.

★ TERGO offers a loan program, business training as well as training plans and job placement to anyone who requests it. TERGO”s leadership realizes that every member is an investment and alternatively TERGO should be an investment to each member.



Future Plans for Growth and Profit
★ TERGO is an established corporation, but is taking steps to grow and become larger while raising the ability to take on larger jobs, delve into more profitable areas of the industry and to operate as a single, self-sufficient entity.

★ We are currently laying down the groundwork for our own POS which will provide a much needed boost in the researched BPO market. During this time, we are actively recruiting to bolster our numbers and that will allow us to provide more opportunities for profit.

★ We will always look to recruit active, knowledgeable veteran pilots as well as new pilots fresh out of flight school.
