You cant really call the Winter Expansion

You cant really call the winter expansion and expansion. Just like most of the other "expansions" its not really expanding anything in the game. Its more of a fix.


Hybrid weapons balancing - not expanding anything here
Factional warfare - fixing this
Assault ships - fixing this
Capital ship balancing - ummm balancing
New T2 modules - oh expansion stuff
Starbase logistics management - redesign and not expanding
New EWAR-Drones - sorta expanding, they should really FIX the old ones before adding new
T2 Rigs manufacturing - fixing this
Ship spinning - returning something that was removed without thinking about it, not expansion stuff
New font - dont understand how this is expanding eve online
More captains quarters - ok, sorta expansion stuff, but this should have been in the summer release and not pushed off until winter
Time dilation - fixing a problem, not expanding anything.


So with this "EXPANSION" we get some new mods, new drones which still wont work correctly, because CCP hasnt fixed drones yet and CQ which was part of the summer "EXPANSION".

You cannot call these "Expansions" you need to fix this. Please add a real expansion that has all new content and dosent include fixes and stuff from the previous "Expansions" that you didnt finish in time.

Well they would have if people like you didn't beg for them to fix everything. Roll I was looking forward to the bars where I could have played mini games and hanged out with my friends and my trophy room where I could have walked into a room with corpses in test tubes suspended in water. And there are other establishments. Thanks for delaying it for until after winter, player base. X

Playerbase desires or not, you were never going to get playable mini games etc by winter...

they can call it EVE 2 if it makes the marketing team happy. As long as they do what they promise (improving/fixing existing features) its all good.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Because SURELY we know about EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVERYTHING that is going to be included on the winter "expansion".

I mean whats taking them so long? They already have everything figured it out. Release it already!!

Expansion or not, the stuff needed to be fixed. Once the stuff is fixed then, by all means, add new stuff that's broken so you can fix that too. That's called "game development." Just putting in stuff and leaving it broke is called "diminishing player base."

Well they are expending their player base with this update. So expansion it is. Unless they drop the ship spinning part ofcourse.

Someone know,what to fix is in latin? Maybe we just guessed the next expansion name.

We did get an apology this expansion, cant wait to see how CCP kicks it up a notch after that level. Mabye a dance forgiveness routine.

if they made stuff that worked properly in the first place people would not need to beg for fixes.

Everytime you buy something that says "made in china" you are helping the rising unemployment in your own country unless you are from china, Buy locally produced goods and help create more jobs.

Nah drrr because CCP refocused on fixing eve rather then completing walking in stations because so many people asked CCP to refocus resources so people got what they wanted atleast the majority. Roll
