I know that there are small bits of the Scripture on evelopedia do faithfullnamarrians read these and is there a complete version.

That would be awesome from a dedication of the Devs standpoint, but I would also question their sanity.

I would abide by it. Do it CCP. you could have your own cult following that would do whatever you said, but no legal matters because you wrote the book for fictional purposes (make sure to disclaim that)

Nope, just snippets here and there. Amarr RPers just play off of those, plus views reminiscent of real world conservative Catholic interpretations of the Bible that have been passed through a dystopian filter.

There's a reason Minmatar RPers usually just resort to "just shoot everything".

It probably exists somewhere. Hell, most of the 285 Feregi Rules of Aquisition have been fleshed out.

That's entirely because of the following:

1) The writers would pull a new one out of their asses whenever one was needed for an episode.
2) Some very bored man with too much free time compiled them, and noted several overlapped.

They were not planned ahead of time. Few writers go that far, the only one I can think of off the top of my head is J.R.R Tolkien (he invented an entire language for his books). Tolkien's elven is fully fleshed out, not like Star Trek's klingon.

IDK, I always kinda figured that the Minmatar religion resembled something akin to a hybrid of Snakehandler Baptists and Voodoo with a dash of Mesoamerican human sacrifice for good measure.

Depending on your point of view, if the victim was Amarr, it could be sub-human sacrifice, meh, semantics.....
