Graphic glitches in female character creation

Wasn't sure where to put this thread, just decided to throw it in general chat :)

Anyways...I am experiencing graphical problems/glitches when I try to create a new female character or re-customize an old one. There just is no face and no body... there is only floating hair, eyebrows, accessories and sometimes bits of clothing. It really annoys me because I want to create a new female alt and I can't with this problem.
This has been like this for a few days so it's nothing that just recently happened.

Anyone know a fix for this? I am too lazy to file a petition and they take ages to be processed anyways.

I seem to have a pretty big issue with the character creation too, whenever I make a female toon it tells me hat top, bottom, and feet items are required. Any way to get around this?
