Please be near max skills, preferrably no wasted skills to keep the price down. The idea is to add this character to an account that has a pre-existing main that does not want to pause training. VERY minimal to no training required preferred.

Not too sure on my budget atm, just post what you've got!

Missing Electronics Upgrades all together,
Decent Engineering, but no Shield Compensation skills.
Advanced Weapon Upgrades not trained at all (Does affect launcher fitting)
Shield Rigging @l 0
Hull Upgrades @ level 2
Can't even use a ******* Afterburner (No afterburner skill)
Strategic Cruiser @ Level 1
Subsystem skills to level 3

I'm not sure how this is in any way what I'm looking for, or worth anywhere near 7.5b.


My offer is 3b due to how much training time I would lose on my main to make this character a half-ass Tengu pilot.
