On my wardens when they're in bay it says their optimum is 98.34km but when out it says only 50? does the range cap or what causes this variance?

While they're in your bay, they're under the influence of your skills and the domi's bonuses. However when they're launched into space, i guess it's not reading the bonuses. Hopefully the bonuses are still in place, and if not, it's a bug. Can they still hit to 90+km at least?
