What if moon goo couldn't be jumped?

A lot of people complain about the ease with which large nullsec alliances can harvest large numbers of moons over multiple regions at a great profit. Likewise, there is a feeling that nullsec lacks industry, moon goo is reacted and then jumped out for sale, modules are then produced in highsec, and jumped back to null.

But what if you couldn't jump moon goo, or any of the reaction products until they are built into a final product? No transporting by jump capable ship, and no bridging any ships containing moon products via JB or Titan? Either slow boat it out via gates, or build modules/ships/ammo in 0.0 and jump them out.

It would be much riskier to move moon products to highsec which in turn would make it much more attractive to produce tech 2 modules in 0.0, and do so as close to the moons as possible.

So you mean... you want to impose an arbitrary limitation on gameplay so that tech 2 mods and ship prices skyrocket?

sounds like a great idea to me...

It's so terrible it really doesn't warrant much more than that. It basically makes everything T2 even harder to build.

Cyno's lit, bridge is up, but one pilot won't be jumping home.
