Benefical Remote Effect Ships

Hi!

After having taken a good look at all thavailable ships I ended up noticing that one ship kind was missing entirely. There is not a single ship that offers role or skill based bonuses to remote boosting.

I would love to see a new set of ships that give boni to Remote Sensor Boosting, Remote Tracking Enhancing, Remote ECCM and such.

Maybe add "Remote Signature Dampening" as a counter measure to Target Painters, but even just the three existing remote booster effects are quite powerfull and currently not represented by any ship type.

Having a ship that boosts these effects would probably require these modules to be nerfed a bit, but the increase in options and fun would more than make up for it imo.

I would love to hear what you think about this. ^^

The oneiros, scimitar, and scythe all get bonuses to tracking links.

That still leaves remote ECCM and remote sensor boosting.
