Ok so the people that need/want to know, prolly know this already but who cares :).

Agel near Heorah has 12 macks an 3 orca's
Tolle has 10-15 macks an 4 Orca's.

Speaking of Heorah, it is NEVER hit by gankers, an miners here are very lax about protecting themselves.
I am just touring around tonight marking off all the bot operations, an figured what better way to make miners lives hard.

Did you know that ice miners are often AFK for many minutes at a time as mining ice is solo crushingly bland?

Knowledge is power!

edit: Also, you may get a response more inline with your intentions if you move this to C&P. The great Ganker War of 2012 was won by the carebears, and as a result the ruling class of GD are all miners.

EDIT: You had a little anti-Semitism on you so I cleaned it up. Don't do it again it's against the rules - ISD Type40.

Hows my posting? Call 1-800-747-7633 to leave feedback.

Posting in a thread where the OP is most likely an alt of an ice miner trying to get others to clear out the competition.

If you ice mine while at keyboard, you're doing it wrong.

Firstly, I am not an Alt,
Secondly, I have more self respect than to mine.
Third, Miners are fun to kill because they send you death threats.

My original char was called Zill so I dont need to hide.

I wasn't looking for a"response" as such, just bored while sitting waiting in a belt.

edit C&P is even worse than general... an thats saying something. I usually stay out of there.

She used to be a miner too, but she took some veldspar to the knee?

Seriously? You believe that?

Just because the miners cry the most in GD section, doesn't mean you won some "war" or that you somehow are the upper class of the GD section. If anything, the rest of the EVE community laughs at all the carebear tears in this section and come to dogpile.

EDIT: Pardon the intrusion, yet again having to edit that quote - ISD Type40.

They just whine the most in here, even when the mining ships get buffed.

if you guys want to see a bot mining then please visit Kino system ive been ice mining there for the last few days with my alts ( (3 macks and an orca ) and i dont use a bot or any program its easy enough mining like that ) but there is a guy in there who runs 2 fleets of 40+ retrieves in the ice belts fairly easy to spot as he has numbers in all the alt names or just sit in the belt and wait for them all to warp in . but there is botting and there is just taking the **** as this guy does, Imho all bots should get popped it would be nice if ccp did something about it but as of yet they havent answered any1 from the kino system and many people have reported this guy including me but as of yet no answer ????

Ice mining with 8 skiffs, 2 Orcas and a Vulture (shield/armor/skirmish boosts).

I am happy mining 480 odd blocks an hour with the crew burning around roids like flies buzzing around steaming poo at 700ms

Practically bump and gank proof. Only need to tractor 8 cans every 14 mins or so.

The perfect thing to do whilst catching up on a years worth of anime and j dramas. Attention free mining at its best.

Thanks CCP.

melodee isn't an alt in the sense you mean, that is, a disposable, throw away alt. Melodee does misrepresent his real identity though. This particular character has been used in several infiltration operations.

Mulgrew is correct in that post above. In Kino there is definitly someone using a 40+ Retriever Bot-army.. They are all in Science and Trade institute NPC corp. They all have random Eve Generated names with a number in the first name. And they all warp-in and Warp-out out at exactly the same time. Undock at exactly the same time. They have single-handedly ruined the Ice prices in the system and surrounding areas.
I have petitioned them and bot-reported each and every one and the CCP GM's have responded saying they will look into the matter. Unfortunately I think it's a little too late now. :(

Please do not confuse multiboxing with botting. I see a lot of people throw out the "botting" claim when really all is happening is multiboxing.

Just my two cents.

1.) Being in an NPC corp is not evidence of botting.
2.) Randomly generated names is not evidence of botting.
3.) Warping, docking, and undocking at the same time is not evidence of botting, can be easily done with approved applications such as ISBoxer.

I'm not saying it isn't a bot, just that the behavior you are describing can also be attributed to multiboxing.

Multiboxing 40 will be nightmarish. 11 is hard enough.

It would be possible to do so pretty easily with ISBoxer tho. I use that to control 8 miners on one high spec PC whilst the orca and command ship toons run off a different, less well endowed machine.

Edit: That said putting numbers in the first name field is.... bottish. You'd think a role player would give more thought to the name that will stick with him or her forever...
