(WTB) Small gang FC/WH support character, looking to spend 30b

I am looking for a leadership character with all the trimmings.


-Needs to be able to sit in Loki and Legion (Proteus as well if you have information warfare skills)

-Max or near max Leadership skills are mandatory.

-Excellent Armor and shield tanking, core skills, blah, blah, blah. you know what I want to see.

-Command Ships V

-Tengu; I need to see good missile skills and subs at V/IV at minimum.

-Astrometrics at V with all of the others at IV at minimum;if the character is a perfect prober I would pay extra for that.

-Decent name; "L33tbrozfolife!!1111" can stay at home

-Good gunnery with medium t2 projectiles/energy turrets would be a plus.

-Falcon skills

-Logistics skills for both Armor and Shield
