He is listed as ~70mil. Allow me to explain what '~' means. ~ means approximately, or roughly. He is currently training a rank 5 skill which, when finished, will add approximately 1mil sp. To further elaborate, here are some more examples:

I have $13.89 in my pocket, which is approximately $15.
I have 46 rounds for my .223 remaining, which is approximately 50 rounds.

Thank you. I can understand lower SP characters being listed as accurately as possible, but when you start getting to 50/60+ mil sp, the 'exactness' doesn't really matter. So I am at 68.1mil SP, the 2mil to get to 70mil won't make that much of an impact on the character itself. So I list it as ~70mil. I can also understand if I only had, say, 61mil sp. 61mil is nowhere near 70mil. But that is not the case. For example, right now Zander is finishing off High Speed Maneuvering 5, which honestly should have been trained a while ago. But I never did care for kiting, as I have mostly played up-close blaster/laser gallente/amarr/caldari. HSM5 only helps for kite fits, and as such won't make too much of an impact on the character itself. Same with, say, Large Autocannon Spec 5. Nice to have the extra 2%, but again, it won't make that much of an impact on the character itself.

All that being said, 16bil has started the auction, and I will update when the reserve is met. I'd be a fool to sell for 16bil. Message me for b/o offers, and I will tell you what price range I am looking at for a b/o.
