Title says it all
I am new to eve,and looking to get a decent combat character for around 7 billion isk.
Would like to be able to fly and fit a tengu well but am willing to look at other races.
Also remaps available would be nice,or mapped into willpower and perception.

Pretty decent skills for BC and below with maxed gunnery for medium guns.
Can also Mine rocks, Fly Freighter/JF/Rorq/PI
