Cloaking Device Reactivation Delay -VS- Session Change

I find that while traveling with a covert ops at best speed, I frequently cannot reactivate my Cloaking Device after a Jump due to the reactivation delay.

Should this Delay be dismissed on a session change?

That is something I have not encountered.

I should think a session change would reset timers like that.

Upgrading Local to Eliminate All AFK Influence What if Local Chat changed, Hunting the Cloaked...

I have encountered this once or twice before and really it doesn't effect me that much I just realize that I just need to wait for my session change to finish and I'm good on the cloak timer. Sometimes you need to slow down a bit.

Although it makes sense that his timer is reset by a jump.

Slowing down is simply an unacceptable solution. thank you though.
