CCP is Watching Me?

Just now I went to my home station and discovered a bookmark in my items hanger that says: We're watching you

So I dragged it to my people and places tab and it was a bookmark to some random system in Deltole, in Gallente space that I've never been to. I live in null sec and haven't left it since my first day of creation. It says it was created by me. I don't drink or do drugs so it's not like I could've gone on some roam and made this bookmark without remembering it.

My question is: how did this bookmark made by me, that I never made, that says: "We're watching you" get in my items hanger?

Am I being trolled by my corp or is CCP trolling me?

This is why EVE needs tighter stalking rules. Seems anyone can just go around and put things in your seemingly secure hangers.Shocked

Yes, this is a forums alt. The bookmark appeared in my mains hanger. Who my main is isn't relevant to this issue. Well, I guess it could be if corp directors or so could drop bookmarks in peoples' hangers. But then again, how could the bookmark say that it was made by me?

Certain corp rules allow you to drop items into member hangers, so maybe a director or security officer did it as a prank.

That's interesting. Although the security dudes of my corp are very good at what they do and I would imagine if I was doing something that warranted investigation I wouldn't have a clue what was going on.

I think I'm just gonna wrap my head with tinfoil, log off and stay away from windows tonight. Unplug my router too. Oops

As CEO of my Corperation, I can deposite what ever I like into a corp members hangar that resides in a station with a corperation office. I can also look at the contents but I cannot remove anything. Chances are it's was the CEO or someone wih permissions to deposite items into hangars that put that bookmark in your hangar.

LOL... Corp CEO and others with the right roles can drop stuff on your hangar. I've spooked some people this same way.

That's privacy for you.. Anything one can do to avoid this tragedy?

Reopen the EVE gate so we can invade Serenity. Goons can go first.
