[Little Thing] Make Contact Status Popups Interactible

You know when you watchlist someone, and then they come online (or go offline) and a lil' portrait pops up with their name under it to let you know?

Could it be changed so that one could right click on that popup and get a normal character context menu (the one that has show info, send money, start convo, etc)?

That would be cool :3

Yeah that would be cool. That's why they did it about a year ago. I use it all the time.

I still want right click > run locate if I have a locator agent in station.
