charcter attributes for returning players

Hello
I'm a returning player from a few years ago and my character has roughly +10 to attributes
I noticed that the new characters attribute start out with +20.If I reactivate my old character would his attributes be brought in line with the current new characters?
As I remember the attributes had a huge impact on training time.It may be worth just forgetting the account and starting fresh.

I think they will be in line with the new normal. You were also reimbursed any skill points you spent learning the learning skills. Those are unallocated skillpoints that you can use anywhere.

Other option is selling the character for isk and starting new if that appeals to you.

The char should have it's attributes updated. If not petition it.

If you take all the sand out of the box, only the cat poo will remain.

Thank you all for your answers Smile.
Being reimbursed for the learning skillpoints will be a nice bonus.As I think I was heavily invested into those.

.......and just incase you were not aware or had not used it, EVEMON is your friend.

Use it to build skill plans and then adjust your stats accordingly.
