At least half of the skill points on this character are useless. Its not a perfect Hulk pilot, it can fly a Noctis but has crap salvaging skills, it has capital ship construction and some other necessary skills for capital ship construction but its missing big ones like Advanced Mass Production and Scrap metal Processing and Metallurgy 5. You can't do a capital ship line with this character, and a sub-capital line doesn't need half the skills you do have. If you wanted to use this as a fixer up character, you cant just train it for orca or freighter, because the unnecessary skills you do have trained....are not navigation skills. (or leadership skills) You can get a perfect hulk pilot for 2b if you shop around.

I will consider this character for much less. I don't mean to insult a character near and dear to your heart but this is the situation.

I will offer you 2b for a character I can't do anything with.

It was a fairly benign and non-malicious statement of fact. People often have a sentimental attachment to their characters, and normally feel that each of their skill decisions made sense to them at the time. I'm sure that is the case. That doesn't mean that decision is beneficial for resell value.

Look through the bazaar and see if I am not being honest with you.

2 billion isk is a firm, reasonable offer.

I can understand the low balls, but this toon can do multitudes of things besides just fly a hulk, it can also be a cyno alt, etc. I can't accept anything less than 4bil.

Consider this a free bump but when people buy Char's they usually want them to do specific things and as your character is a jack of all trades people can't see the value in paying your asking amount as other character with lower SP will do what they want for that price. 2.3 B offer.
