T2 Noctis Variants

Just like we have 2 T2 transport ships, the noctis should get some of that love thrown its way...

1st: "hardened" Noctis - Increased armor (or shield) and bonuses for fitting hardening modules/ defensive modules. Reduced cargo capacity and medium sized drone bay (50/100 maybe?). Gets only 6 high slots but more medium/low slots. Primary role: Salvaging in high sec for corps at war.

2nd: "cloaked" Noctis - There are two ways this could go:
- 1) Lower even further the armor/shield/hull to keep cargo capacity, add bonus to cloak and allow warp while cloaked.
- 2) Keep shield/armor/hull near current values, decrease cargo capacity, add bonus to cloak and allow warp while cloaked.
2nd variant gets 4-6 high slots. Primary role: Low sec salvaging with inevitable minor salvage transport roles.

Both ships get awful align times, decreased with increased skill. Hardened variant gets a higher sig radius than standard noctis, cloaked variant get a very high sig radius compared to noctis (so pilots are kept on edge, knowing that they can be very quickly targeted, especially while crossing gates).

Let me know what you guys think! Thanks!

It's called an interceptor with a salvager. Unless you are running missions while at war, then you are just dumb.

Or run missions with an alt instead of using your main?

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."

No cloak bonus on interceptor + the cargo size is wrong for the job.

Also, I do salvage with alt, but it be nice to have some sort of ship that's not made entirely of paper mache, or at least can lay low while main takes care of business. Not everyone is running dual monitors...

If you are salvaging with an alt during an war, then the alt should be out of corp.

Interceptors are fine for salvaging, you must mean looting.
