So, i'm noticing that the stream for this year seems to be much much crappier than it was last year.

The audio is always off.
The stream in general seems much more unstable.
Commercials are falling in some bad places.
And it takes a while for the stream to start, usually first match or two is worthless to try to watch.

Along with other gripes...

Why are you guys (CCP) paying these people for this crappy of a service?

Why can't you just use the same service as last year?

It's just another example of CCP's "We can't be bothered to do this properly so here's some crap!" attitude towards EVE in general.

The stream from the previous two weekends had no audio sync issues, so I don't know what the problem is today. Apparently it isn't affecting everyone.

It would be nice if the EA games commercials weren't on quite so often, or if there was at least a wider variety of non-EVE spots.

Video quality is good so far, at least for me.

I'm not too fond of the bottom third of the screen being taken up as it is. It makes the view of the action seem very cramped.

*I can hear the commentators during the match, I really don't need to see them (talking heads seem to be very popular nowadays, and usually completely unnecessary).

*The PIP view of the match is only rarely handy.

*The effects icons DO help give a better picture of what is happening, but I''d be happier if it were incorporated into the old vertical Icons down the sides of the screen interface we had previously (although perhaps 12 ships max per side created problems with that).

Overall the coverage is pretty good, and my complaints are relatively minor nitpicks.

You think EA ads are bad????????? Im currently in spain. My spannish barely exceeds 'hola'. All the ads are spannish sanex body wash ads... Im going to drown someone in neutral smelling shower gel before the tourney is over if i have to watch another.

Firefox + Adblock Plus = NO ADVERTS !

Talk to your ISP. Service over the last 2 weeks has been excelent anf I dont have any problems today
