Multi sensor back-up array VS Racial Back-up array

Ive gotta say the Multi really has no purpose. Same stats and dosnt bring anything else to the table vs the Racial.
So I was thinking maybe adding an Addition bonus to them...?

it cant be a negative cause thats just killing the already dead module.
like let it function in Conjuction with ECCM/Projected ECCM in some way?

the Multi is more Expensive then the Racial and they DO THE SAME THING.

This is a Signature, It makes people Stare. (Man I gotta Make one , or Find one to steal)

I think the advantage of the Multispec is the ability to buy one (or a dozen) and use them on every ship, rather than having to worry about having the right racial ECCM in your hanger.

yeh, then that kinda makes the racials kinda pointless... (cheaper if anything)
