first of all if somebody already had that idea im sorry, i did use the search and found nothing. also its not in the commonly proposed thread. so i thought i should bring it up.

i suggest a filter box for chat channels like we have for the inventory. in invetory, i just enter the name of an item, and all the other items become invisible.

i would love to have a feature like this for chat channels.

so when i enter "drake" in that box, only messages containing the word drake in the message itself or in the name of the person who wrote the message show up and the others disappear.

i think this would be very useful for filtering important information in many situations.

a more advanced version could even search the contracts linked in the channel, so the [Multiple Items] contracts would be filtered accordingly (yeah you got it, im in trade channels a lot ;) )
