Market orders thing

I was often wondering why isn't it possible to buy/sell using a specific order. If there are two Typhoon sell orders, one is sells for 100M and the other one for 99.999.999,99, I would certainly prefer to buy the 100M one. Why doesn't it work like that is beyond me. I imagine it wouldn't be that much of a deal to make this possible.

Most people like to pay LESS for things, not MORE. Can you explain why you like giving away ISK, and can I have the rest of yours?

No. No you can't. If you consider spending amounts like 0.01 ISK more as "giving away ISK", I feel sorry for your wallet.

I don't know what made you believe that ISK saving is my (primary) concern, but it is not. It's the fact that when I want to buy something, I don't want to buy from people who undercut by virtually nothing.

Why not? EVE is serious business, people undercut each other. Deal with it.

That's just the way I see it. Making such thing possible would change exactly nothing for those who don't care, but it would allow people like me (yes, I have recently discovered I'm not the only one who has this feeling) to avoid these market orders. Besides, it doesn't even make sense to not have that option.
So, did you wanted to say anything constructive, or just another generic "deal with it"? I think Jita would be more responsive than that.

See, here is a (partially) good example of nice market prices where people aren't undercutting each other by 0.0001‰ of the original price. Good example of market, where "the latest = the fastest" doesn't apply as it does today. Today I'm forced support the penny cretins most of the time as there is no other way, for no good reason.
