Farming missions?

On the Eve survival website I here a lot of pilots speaking of "farming missions". Does this mean there is a way for a pilot to get the same mission over and over from an agent?

If you dont kill the trigger that causes the mission to complete, it will reset after downtime. This allows you to run it multiple times for bounty/loot but you can still only turn it in once.

Ohh OK. When does downtime start? Is it 24 hours after I accept the mission?

Downtime starts at 11:00 In-Game-Time.
