Contributing to the everythread on the front page is locked movement.

Also, im kind of miffed that my actual thread was locked because it was really asking if you could tuck your shirt in or not...despite that going over some peoples head.

Hello,

I have found the simplest way to pass on feedback regarding the ISDs is to email support@eveonline.com.

Not only do complaints that translate into support tickets get attention as they generate cost but emailing support ensures you can track your responses anywhere and it assures maximum visibility of your complaint as it isn't channeled to the forum area by the game client automatically but must be processed manually.

Also, forum moderators really have little visibility of or company commitment to their tenure so the more the costs of having them on board rise the more scrutiny they will be under to perform.

It's the only way to do it I'm afraid. You cannot complain about anything on the forum and when you complain to support it should be for maximum impact.

You should always enquire what the escalation path is for your complaint and how to access it.

You shouldn't be afraid to use it - you are paying for this service.

If people insist on discussing moderation, posting threads with no content or value and making personal attacks on CCP employees and Volunteers, then they should expect to have their threads locked.
