Overview: Setup While Docked

Can we get this? It would be pretty handy to not have to undock to manage the overview in space. This could be something on the neocom perhaps? Pretty please?!

Or even a simulator mode to test the overview before undocking.

Not really so massive.

Since the whole thing would be empty except for your ship, it could be entirely client sided.
No other ships, planets, anything. Put a big button to leave simulator so noone got confused.

Just take a minute to reset the window positions, tweak the overview filters, set the tabs.
