Going on 3 days wait on a Payment Issue Ticket. Not Impressed.

This is in no way a critique of CSRs, as the contact I've had with them (lost accounts) has been flawless and cordial.
My issue lies with the whole inefficiency and lack of transparency of the petition process. The lack of real-time communication options probably exasperate the situation to some degree as well.

Elements I'm sure other customers would appreciate:

1- Priority (right under stuck issues) of petitions concerning real world currency.
2- An automated reply system which shows updated queue time information. Updates every 24 hrs (updated queue time).
3- Training and allowing more CSRs to deal with higher tier issues (if that's not the case already).


Please don't categorize this under "rawr, CCP suxxorz, stealin' mah moneyz". My impression thus far is still quite positive.

Yup all of these issues are granted and legitimate.

1) Accounts being compromised and currency issues ARE high on their list but take a long time to process, they try to get all the details before they act (and these details can change HOW they act on an issue).
2) This one doesn't really have any excuses. We really need a system that gives an idea how far along in line we are and expected wait times and of course at least a simple confirmation message that they got it and it is in line to be resolved.
3) They're actually working on this I heard they are hiring but they can't find enough people (they are based in Iceland after all).
