I could be stupid and this is already implemented. But I think it would be cool if you could send a screenshot in game via chat. Sort of sending them your "eyes and ears" without the ears. What do you think?

You can, you just have to save it somewhere first. I personally use imgur.

I know it's possible. I just think it would be nice to cut out the middle man.

Your way would involve adding massive amounts of data to the EVE servers, for no reason. Every screenshot would have to be server side, in case you wanted to link it. It's not worth the server load.

Would be nice but definitely 'resource intensive' for CCP to implement.
