Local chat + list of station guests = ?

I don't see any correlation between appearance of those 2 lists. I mean sometime i see someone neutral in docked station and he is blue in local.
I know only 1 place to setup colortags/filters/etc... So i guess these 2 lists should work together? Or i'm wrong here?

Don't you just hate when you're docked and you see a neut in station and you both undock at the same time and when you get out there he's actually a red?

Yea local is bugged, sometimes the people I have set +5 still show up as neut to me when I log in, that makes mining kinda hard.
