I personally would find it very helpful if I could use the Neocon Panel (the left panel when docked) to open specific inventory locations.

At the moment, to open multiple inventory windows, I have to click on the inventory system, scroll through the inventory tree, and shift click on each "hanger" I wish to open.

I would prefer to create multiple inventory icons on the left panel that open to specific locations of my choosing. To make these, I should be able to drag a "hangar" from the inventory tree onto the left panel, and have it create an icon that automatically opens to that location whenever I click it!!!

This might help veterans that are really uncomfortable with the new system, as they could then make icon shortcuts to the ship hangar, items hangar, and a corp hangar... Personally, I think this would save me the trouble of having to scroll through the inventory tree and shift clicking to open and close windows I constantly use.

Next, I'd like the ability to make keyboard shortcuts to things like drone bay, cargo hold, etc.

Finally, if you want to go above and beyond, allow us to customize the names of the "left Panel" icons and perhaps their images too... although I consider this icing on the cake.
