Today i saw case where enemy was not on cloak after jumping, he was invulnerable but not on cloak.

This bug has been out there years, but not fixed.

I am asking do CCP has any schedule to fix bugs like this?

CCP has a whole list of "little things" that they are currently working on, many of which they have already fixed. If the bug you mention is in that list, then it will get fixed in due time. They have been taking these little things a lot more seriously over the last 8 months or so than in previous years, with a focus more on the core of EVE. Give them time and they'll get round to it soon enough Cool

Perhaps he was still cloaked, but your monocle vision was able to spot him!

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

They accept bugs, if it really happened, like mindless sheeps.

The plural of "sheep" is "sheep".

Really funny bug if you fly with expensive cloak ship, people can approach you before you load system and prevent your cloaking.

I just wonder how many gets owned every day.

Best thing is that victim does not even know that he is visible.
