Establishments, new nebulas? What's happening with these features?

I am greatly encouraged by the latest DEV blogs From CCP Hellmar and CCP Zulu. I look forward to seeing what we all know CCP is capable of. But, after reading the DEV blogs, I was left with 2 nagging questions; what will happen with incarna (as it sounds like its been left to the wayside) and, what is happening with those awesome new nebulas CCP was working on?

I am looking for a DEV's answer. If someone has creditable information I would appreciate that as well. Links to where this information came from also please. Thanks.

Well, since they are going to refocus back to FiS stuff, looks like that estimate ended up being correct?

I am on the fence about incarna. Its more the potential of EVE having FPS elements, which I like most about it. However, the technical issue of having twitch style game play tied in with servers that tick only once a second must be huge. So I realize this feature is probably a very long ways off.. If possible at all.

The new Nebulas on the other hand would be a nice face lift. The old ones look pretty bad on a big screen, kind of like a water colored back ground. It’s an aesthetic improvement only, but I do enjoy cool looking scenery. Since this is, after all, a FiS game it would be nice to have a better back drop.

Ultimately I am all for better game mechanics and a bug free experience over aesthetics. I was just wondering what the plan is on these two things.

Edit: grammar failuer
