Great character for 0.0 or wormhole life, as well as being phenomenal at high sec missions and warfare.

PVP:
Base gunnery skills to 5. All Gunnery specializations to 4. The only remaining gunnery skills are capital turrets.

It's a buyout. The kind of take it or leave it :)

Loonera: Make it 30b and I'll sell it in 6 hours(timer to get in NPC corp) just because I hate dealing with this crap ;)

If I can't get 30b, I'll give it to a friend and let him sell it later when the market is back up. He's better at sales anyway!
