Yeah, more power to them, thats why i think that sugestion that was given to make a special forum area specially assigned to miners is so great.

That way miners can share their experiences, help to heal the pain and perhaps move along.

Also the page shows we have more people now than yesterday and 1 week ago, hummm.

Plain and simply, you lie. And why ? Anyone can see the numbers for themselves. GTFO.

We don't need your kind in this game or this forum. You simply suck.

We need to make a bucket for all these elite pvpers too. The carebears are crying tears of sadness/anger, while the pvp addicts are crying tears of fear (that their game might change in the future?) while peeing their pants.

You know that is true when cCP went home in Iceland this evening having seen this: http://community.eveonline.com/

This is the first Friday in ages that did not manage to break 40,000 at Peak. Wow.

Hehe, just saw this on the main page

"EVE Weekend Offer - Over 50% off new accounts!

This weekend only we are offering a massive summer discount on new accounts! Start a new account this weekend and get the first month for 9.95 Dollars/Euros and 5.99 GBP for UK residents.

If you have friends interested in the best sci-fi game ever, or if you need a second account to help you get that space empire rolling, this is your chance!"

They are probably gonna "extend" and have it next friday too :D

he he

And then the idiots like right above here. My God these forums are filled with idiot children are they not? They may be around 30, but still children indeed.

Nah, promotions might, just MIGHT suggest that ccp is looking for new players more actively than they usually are :)

It actually started awhile ago when I was offered EVE on Steam for US$ 6.80 a month on Steam.

I subbed one of my accounts using the $4.99 offer on Steam back in 2010

Steam offers are clearly indicative of CCP being desperate for customers laffeaux

npc alts have no opinions worth consideration

IIRC there was an offer on when I joined in 2008 as well, I can remember it being the reason I chose to try Eve instead of WoW Lol

I've purchased and played WoW for a few months since then, and by Christ am I so glad I made that decision. It might be a perfectly ok game if it wasn't for the players, but they are so annoying! They seriously rage quit and cry if they die in a raid. At first I was confused when I saw this, thinking I'd missed something, but there aren't even any consequences for dying.

And then there are the forums... they make the Eve forums look like a hive of civility and reasonable debate.

(Also, I know I got side tracked and went off topic. But I just remembered how much I hate WoW and meh, rant.)
