I just wonder how many of those threatening to quit will actually do so.

+2, but I haven't really played since I realized that CCP are a bunch of fat lazy c*nts that have been slowly destroying their game for the past few years now.

Ive not logged in much since the new inventory, i find it very cumbersome and annoying and now ive been playing other games instead as i dont wish to PVE with the inventory tabs. Please at least give us the option to revert back to the old style.

Usually i start the month with a postman!

Inventory is actually perfectly fine after the tweaks. It took a bit getting used to but after working with it, I am pleased.

adapt or die? lol the only way to "adapt" to this broken ui, would be to have a stroke that kills off more than half your brain so we would be as dumb as anyone who says this crap is good.

You read my mind.
It's 1am, and I'm here. Why?
I'll check out fridays update and then, most likely, biomass this 6 year old char.

Biomass? No. But cease funding until things are better? Yes. If they never get better, the funding never returns. If they can find alternate funding and determine that mine is no longer needed, fine. I am not going to pay for them to debug the system, especially when they were aware of the issues ahead of time.

I took several months off last year from Incarna, but they sorted out the mess and I came back. I couldn't care less about Goons or Hulkageddon ganks. I'm even tolerant of the looting nerfs, datacore nerfs, and bounty payouts because I understand the economy is in troubled waters.

What is driving me away is the constant task of configuring my inventory on every trip. There is still not a 'memory' that remembers how I left the station so I need to reset it up each trip. I need to close my ship hangar tree constantly because my active ship is at the top and my item hangar is at the bottom. I still have 'something' in my Orca that is worth 5 million isk even though it is empty.

The tree is cool, when it is useful. The change that forces all play through the tree is the problem. Having to hunt for the command that used to be RIGHT THERE (right-click to open stuff on your ship like the Orca for example) is infuriating.

TLDR I log in less now because I am done fighting the interface every trip. If I could have the remainder of my months subscription back I would already be off. I am not going to pay for them to debug the system, especially when they were aware of the issues ahead of time. Luckily for those that are sick of reading these threads (but still do, thanks for the troll bumps btw) I'll be off by the 20th if nothing changes.

The only thing that would make me quit immediately would be any type of 'pay to win'

As I pay an annual subscription, this would be a bit awkward it it was introduced just after my renewalSad

The inventory system is pretty poor, but it can and will be improved.

You are a joke, You:
1) Are troll, and should never post again.
or
2) Understand nothing, and should never post again.

w/e it is, remember it key is to never post again.

Anyways, as for ther UI, seems like the top two points in the new dev blog should get this pos working for me, and if they tweak it a few more times, we might have even had a net gain here. On the verge of re subing both my accounts.

Patch notes for today's patch.

Some fixes to the Unified Inventory issues people have been running into. I know this doesn't cover everyone's concerns, just posting this in the relevant threads so everyone is aware of the current status.

Or you could go back to the perfectly functional inventory system that I've never seen a single complaint about in the five years I've been playing, and which never warranted a change, nor was a change ever requested.

The inventory system is easy enough to learn but unnecessary. It adds more clicks to virtually every process, generally feeling like a step backwards. I don't like it, but I won't unsub over it as I can get along fine with it, but I really need my tasks to be clearly and permanently seperated.

Why can't we just have an either/or option like Quarters/Hangar? Then everyone's happy.

So there was the Friday patch. It is partially better but still a pain to deal with.

The change to looting where I now need to shift-double click a wreck in the overview to get it to open, fine.
The fact that the system remembers that I have my items and hangar open. Cool, because the ship tree expands every time I switch ships.

Frustrated I grabbed a mission ship, salvager, and hauler and went off to do some level 3 missions in another system. Not sure during the mission chains how it got all screwed up, but my ammo ended up in my salvage ship and I ran dry during a mission and had to warp back and get it. WTF?

This juggling act isn't really getting any better. Having to keep double-checking every ship before I do anything is not fun, it is not game enhancing, it is just annoying.

They will likely lose 2 of my 3 accounts. The game is incredibly boring and tedious. Screwing with the UI makes me not want to do trade, which was about all that was keeping me interested.

PvP? Snore. You spend 10x more time looking for fights than fighting. It's a series of cold showers for people who just want to pew pew.

PvE? You're kidding, right? The content is dated, repetitious and predictable.

I dunno. These people who still love the game, more power to you. I wish I could see in it what you do, but unless you're going to play 12 hours a day, do an alliance, politics etc, then it is really not an interesting game for casual players.

Tears will be shed and pants will need to be changed all round.
