I will be rage quiting because of the rage quiters quiting over the new inventroy, which fraking rocks IMHO. hehe

Seriously you people utterly **** me off because you can not handle change or learn to adapt (not you people who are staying and pushing for real change/fixes). Back before we took ourselves out of natural selection your kind would have died off in droves but alas we coddle the weak. I too at first was like ZOMFG really this is shite but then I fiddled with it leanred about shift click and learned how to use the new system. I have seriously not had any of my inventory set up change or be hindered by it. Heck my setup has even improved e.g. I dont need that many windows open now. Now yes the new inventory has its issues and is not perfect.Just like all new things they will iron out the kinks and yes CCP will listen to your suggestions (not all). CCP has adressed some of them already and is working to get to the other ones. Now how about staying and being productive by adding your feedback (not tantrums) pushing for the changes you think are needed. Now that does not mean push for the old inventory that will not happen so work within the system. If you truly love this game and think it is Gods gift to mankind and womankind (I guess the LGBT kind as well Blink ) you will stay to help make EVE a better "world". Be the change you want to see in the "world".

To all of you who are staying and trying to bring things to CCPs attention good show Big smile . Way to be a fuction part of the EVE society. Also I am sorry for poor grammar and what not Cry . I just wanted to add my 2 cents thank you for reading.

What you do with your sub is your own affair, but don't be too upset if some players arent willing to hang around and beta test a new interface, its summer after all, and there are far better calls on my time at least. When the interface is finally out of Beta, and has at least the same functionality as the one it was supposed to replace, then that is the time i will consider resubbing.. But don't assume we don't know how to use the new interface, Eve players tend to be high on IT skills and .. i would say, generally a lot brighter than the lot you find infesting games like WoW.. learning something new is a doddle, making something do something its not designed to do.. is a pain in the a**e though.. but hey, good luck with the beta testing. Actually I'm not mad or in rage, I'm just very very disappointed!
After 8+ years of Eve, my trust in CCP's ironing out the kinks and listening to our suggestions is almost none existing.
When Incarna was launched I quit for a long period. When they finally changed some of their mistakes, I came back hoping they would actually stay true to the statement they made then.

They have not! Sadly they are repeating some of the very same mistakes. I used to love this game - and no, it is not any gods gift to mankind (that is my wife, because I still live in RL Smile), but Eve has always had something "special" about it.
I give up for now, maybe I will come back next year if things improve again. I believe I have done my part over the many years to help make EVE a better "world", but for now I'm off to another "world".

Cool

I tried to move stuff around in my Orca, and got lost in the clicking / scrolling of the new UI. I am not happy with this change at all, please fix it.

Clearly not properly tested. I suppose CCP does not have large amount of assets?

The new interface is GOOD for the new players or players with small assets, but once you have 20+ cans, all properly labeled, control tower management, managing a control tower with 4 CHA for each tab for your corp members. More clicking, so much scrolling.

Imagine, 20+ cans, and your transport ship all the way to the TOP, you drag few items, hand picking to move stuff. Once you drag the item to your ship's cargo and hold it there for a sec so you won't accidently drag it somewhere else, but then it automatically SWITCHES to that ship's cargo, and you have to scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN ... AGAIN! :(

And did you guys noticed something? You almost never, NEVER have to scroll, other than items hanger (or maybe ships for those with large ships assets), but the amount of scrolling is INSANE with this new inventory UI. you'll most likely scroll more than you click!

In the beginning, I was 50-50. Now, I don't like it.

5 days later and still no fix. Nice to see them listening. I have 1 acount expiring on Monday and the rest will shortly follow. This is no longer about the change to the inventory for me. I get better customer service from my phone compnay, cable provider and pretty much everyone else I can think of. Hell I got better customer service from a crack dealer on the street back in the 90's. This game has become a way to make money for ccp and nothing more. They do not care what you think. That is obvious by the huge response we have seen to all the comments and rage people have expressed over this inventory change. My $115/month will be better used somewhere else. Maybe I'll take up Diablo 3, I know Blizzard listens to their customers (more then they ignor them)

ps. Go **** yourself CCP

The new inventory system is not all that bad.... It really needs 2 things in my opinion:

1.) A thicker scroll bar so I try to grab it with my mouse I don't miss....
2.) A permanent "inventory" icon on the right, which I can keep clicking to open new windows...

Obligatory: it's too hard to find atm.

Congratulations CCP. You finally managed to give us a response for that perpetual idiotic question.

Hey man if you want to unsub cause you want to wait it out and/or have other things to do thats fine have fun. I just have issue with people "quiting" EVE offering no subsinative input before they leave and saying Iwont be coming back. I also said that the people who have legit issues who know how to use the new interface are not my gripe. I have issue with "oh no something changed i dont know how to use and/or dont want to learn how to use it give me back what I used to have or I am going to quit" crowd. I will say it again those who are giving good feedback and not just saying i hate this so i am quiting are the good fuctioning part of EVE society. Big smile

then maybe you should have gone through the new inventory before instead of going ahead before knowing. its like walking into null sec before you know what it is your gonna die

Failquitters unite!!! Lol

So how many of you failquitters failed to quit over the last EMORAGEFAILQUIT?!?!?!?!

If the new inventory system is too complicated for those tiny little first-person shooter brains out there maybe you should just go back to Pong.
